They told your your rate of disfluency? I'd be wary if their goal is to decrease the rate of disfluency to whatever level they deem appropriate. You can be disfluent buy 5% of the time but if it's a severe enough disfluency it can wreck you. But that 5% would likely be considered adequate and successful.
