I know it's obvious, but please don't get frustrated with yourself. Try and spin your stammer into something that's a bit of inconvenience to you but ultimately doesn't let you down; it rubs off on people when they see that you're comfortable with your own speech and they'll be more likely to sympathise and well, not care that you trip up on your words.
