Correct me if I am wrong, but you have developmental and non developmental stuttering. Developemental stuttering...occuring during childhood and non developmental would be more along the lines of a brain injury, or perhaps even rarer, some extreme psychological trauma. To claim blocks and prolongations are not common to developmental stuttering seeems nonsensical to me. I never heard of developmental stuttering having to be a certain type of stuttering.
