Do you guys think anxiety makes stuttering worse ?

Do you guys think anxiety makes stuttering worse ? Making a second post in this sub :) Hey so I have a speech block and I’m recently realizing that my stutter may not be as severe as I think it is and it’s just my anxiety around speaking. I’m starting college in a couple months and I really want to be more social so I’m going to the doctor soon to hopefully get prescribed with anxiety medication. Do you guys think that anxiety makes your stuttering worse than it is? (I’ve done my research and found out that it can, but I want real opinions and experiences.)
