For me I barely notice it unless the person with the stutter makes it weird. If they act uncomfortable or apologize for it, then it gets weird. But if you just keep going and act like it happens and you're used to it and it's no big, then it won't be. My good friend in highschool had a pretty bad stutter but he was a popular, well-liked guy because he was never phased by it.
