Im sick of stuttering

Im sick of stuttering how do i just stop stuttering when i talk to my boss n shit it pisses me off im not even anxious. it's like i can't pile a good sentence quickly so i use a lot of fill in words and sound like a bitch trying to portray my voice i think i hold my breath to much when talking.
