Unfortunately that’s called Speech Anxiety so you may want to work on your speech in therapy to help and then slowly voluntarily expose yourself to fearful speaking situations. Using the methods should reduce fear in these situations, especially when you get the hang of the methods, whichever route you choose. I thought the same thing that I could just take a medication and reduce my anxiety but it isn’t that simple I don’t think. One medication that really helped me though was Propranolol, it reduces the fight or flight feeling you feel. Hope this helps.
