It's probably an outlier, but it's also probably still within variance. I've had it happen sometimes on my own as well. It depends on which mode we're communicating in. Does it happen when you read out loud too? Or when you sing? Try e.g. recording yourself and see how it feels (by both manuscript and improvisation, and versions intended for others to listen to and versions not for others).
