Do you have someone who you can talk to feeling 100% comfortable?

Do you have someone who you can talk to feeling 100% comfortable? I was thinking about this the other day and realized I don’t really have someone I can talk to where I feel like I can just talk and not care if I stutter with them just being patient and listening. Do you guys have one ?
