I would look people in the eyes while talking to them. Talk more to people, try and make small comments "on the go", like when you meet someone in the corridor or on the street (obsvioussly not to strangers), or just small comments in the middle of conversations. Talk more to strangers, talk to kids. Go out to partys, clubs etc and socialize. Maybe thinking about becoming a teacher, maybe hold a public speech. The opportunites seems endless. EDIT: I think the first thing i would change would be to look people in the eyes while talking to them.
