It has been identified more as a speech: cadence, style, pattern, and linguistic issue. I am not a doctor. However, from what I have read, this form of speech is more a product of his self-disclosed Asperger's Syndrome, which can include unique speech patterns and a perceived dysfunction when speaking, including tone and inflection, replete with pauses for word choices and facial expression.
