I'm not sure Musk has a psychophysiological stutter, do we have a diagnosis of that? If we assume he does, both of these people still stutter, so they haven't cured it. They've minimized their blocks which is great but nothing was cured. Biden missed a huge opportunity to be an advocate for speech impediments in the White House but he barely acknowledges it. He could've done a lot for us, like putting more money into medical research for dysphemia and other speech problems. Extremely disappointing imo.
