Would it help to give your self a buffer before your name? For example, I used to work at the Home Depot, answering phones at the service desk. I would always say "Thank you for calling the Home Depot, how may I help you?" And I trained myself to go into 'service mode'. I developed a phone voice - hearing my Mom switch to her phone voice as a secretary helped I'm sure. Now I work at a company whose name is Carousel Works. I can not say Cs or Ws very well. Everyone who answers the phone says "Carousel Works", but I am the only one who says "Thank you for calling Carousel Works" because it lets me get into a flow with my sentence. So, when someone asks for your name, Instead of just saying your name, is it any easier to say "My Name is..." first? Good Luck, you can do it. You are a valid person, regardless of stuttering.
