stuttering on sounds leading up to "R" sound

stuttering on sounds leading up to "R" sound hello all! lately my (22M) stutter has been getting worse. multiple sounds have been giving me trouble, but the most baffling one is the R sound. I can say things starting with R just fine, but words with R in the middle have become a real challenge. Almost without fail names like Sarah, Carter, and Jared become S-s-s-Sarah, C-c-Carter, or J-j-j-j-j-Jared, but Real Rotisserie Racks of Ribs comes out just fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why this might be happening?
