I’m in the same boat. Practice helps a TON though. Don’t avoid the phone. I did that and didn’t answer a call for years. I reached the point where I felt like I literally couldn’t answer the phone and would be unemployable. Luckily I broke out of the cycle by requesting info from for-profit colleges to get spam calls for practice.
