Keep failing job interviews

Keep failing job interviews Hey guys I keep failing to get normal jobs because I can’t say 2 sentences without getting stuck. Ofcourse they will hire the person who talks correctly especially in face to the public jobs. This is a disability and a huge disadvantage. Are there hiring agencies who can help? Maybe even the government can help people with disabilities? I need to put food on the table.
