I’m ashamed of it, embarrassed by it and I have a lot of anxiety over it. Now I still live my life. I do the things I have to do like phone calls and I don’t avoid people or anything like that. But in most situations like that, unless it’s family or a friend, I have a lot of anxiety leading up to it and constantly think about it while I’m talking. And afterwards I feel embarrassed because of it. But in my mind I guess I accepted that’s just how I’m going to feel so I deal with it. That’s why I’m intrigued by this new information I’m finding.
