Just started as a call handler, even though they say its like the most easiest job, and i know this too, i don't stutter, but when questions catch me off guard i mess up a little, I've only just finished training and starting fully by next week, so they'll definitely monitor performance strictly... Should i have taken on this job, it was good pay and i needed the immediate money
