Take a half a beta blocker if you know someone with high blood pressure. Actors with stage fright do this all the time, and it helps my girl friend when she has to give a big presentation, and she doesn't even stutter. It will keep down your heart rate and adrenaline. But don't do this if you have low blood pressure or you could pass out.
