I do believe that being more open and explicit about it will make it less hard for me to cope with it. As said, currently my stuttering feels like some sort of a taboo - I expect that having the courage to mention it more often and being more open about it will reduce the burden it currently has. Besides, being more open about it will most likely result in a big progression in my theraphy. The fact that I tend to avoid being explicit about my stuttering is the current obstacle my theraphy, because it hinders my progress in learning and training of fluency strategies.
