Hi there, I feel your struggle. Personally I would try to disclose the fact that you have a stutter near the start of the interview. That way if you get caught up on a word they will know why and not assume its because of some other reason or that you don't know what you are talking about. For the video interview you can record it as many times as it takes until you are happy with it. You've got this.
