Thank you. But I'm speaking from experience. I did the work and achieved fluency. I was fortunate to find therapy that was able to help me improve my fluency. I was fairly severe. * Never a fluent sentence * Eyes squeezed shut blocks that could last until I ran out of air. * Speech cluttered with avoidances / tricks that ultimately integrated into my stutter, aggravating an already severe disfluency. I'll always be a stutterer. But fluency was achievable for me. I encourage others to not give up on their fluency.
