I mean this respectfully but was this comment really necessary? What do you think the ramifications of this advice is? Further, and I don’t know you, but I can only imagine bad reasons for, when someone suggests healthy habits, you respond like this. Again I don’t know you but any person in my life who has reacted like this when I encouraged others to start lifting, eat better, and sleep more has been full of 🚩. I want to assume this advice, which CAN have good outcomes, was given in good faith with true, honest intentions.
