When I was in speech therapy, my therapist had me practice easy onset. You take a breath before you start speaking, then speak on the exhale. I haven't had to do that in quite some time, but it did help me as a kid. Now if I start stuttering, I stop, take a breath, then start over at a slower rate. Good luck and positive vibes!
