To make things worse I just got a new job in a very open kitchen. So my station is connected to a 5 top with bar stools and I'll be like 3-4 feet from guests. So during service I'll have to make some of the best food in the city while ALSO answering very particular questions about the food I'm making. It's kind of like my worst fear and yet I'm going to try to make it work. It'll be a struggle for sure I just hope I can survive lol.
