Well I don't know if this question is directed to people with both APD and a stutter, but I only have a mild stutter. The only thing I have experienced that kinda comes close to this is that I sometimes can't remember words or only parts of the word. And that if I for instance read a paragraph out loud, I have no idea what I've just read. I think this is due to my full focus being on my fluency and pronunciation.
