I never ever look people in the eye, I just can’t bring myself to do it. I know I should, but for me it’s a shame thing. Talking for me is so hard, when im talking my mind is working so hard, eye contact is at the bottom of the priority list. I may never get to the point where I can start to work on it. You’re not alone
