What is the most BS tip you’ve seen while searching “How to stop a stutter” on the internet? Reading to yourself is one tip I see a lot. I think it’s supposed to help with fluency. From experience I can say most people who have a stutter don’t stutter as bad when they’re alone. So when I tried it, it made it seem like it was working but after a couple weeks I realized it wasn’t.
