Have you ever said something you didn't mean at all?

Have you ever said something you didn't mean at all? Due to my stutter, I've often said/replied words that I never meant to say because my stutter would prevent me to say what I wanted. I used to just run into a block or not say anything but over time, I realized I said something completely different more and more often to avoid blocks. This includes short answers or yes/no answers, longer answers or even my own name. They: "When do you want to meet?" Me: "Wednesday." Also me: "I never meant Wednesday, I have nothing to do on Thursday but I won't be able to say 'Thursday' for the life of me so I guess I will have to see how I arrange my appointments on Wednesday then... ffs" Anyone else with these experiences?
