I don’t know if I’m stuttering or what’s wrong with me?

I don’t know if I’m stuttering or what’s wrong with me? Every once in awhile I’ll have a day where I can’t really pronounce my words right, but a couple days ago it was noticeably worse than any other time I’ve slightly stammered. Almost all of today has been completely horrible because I can’t say anything right. I’m even struggling while reading to myself which I’m usually fine with? I’m not sure if I really am stuttering, and I don’t know what made it appear suddenly (except maybe the fact that I haven’t slept at all today?).
