Yeah ! You need to act like you're in a constant state of emergency ! After regaining some fluency, I find I keep on talking in a jumble too, like stuttering because my thoughts and my mouth aren't syncing up right. But taking it calm is the way to go, just nice and calm Or in your case frenzied and hectic is the best state of mind lol. Maybe you're more fluent at these times, because you subconsciously realise that time is of the essence. So you try to talk at a slow pace so that everybody understands and you so you don't need to repeat yourself
