I get the aversion to inspiration porn, but i think you have to take each person where they are. If someone has been putting off their career because they're so worried about their speech, then finally muster up the courage to start teacher training, I do think that is courageous, victorious, and worthy of admiration. Not because they stutter but because they have struggled with this decision and have finally stepped up to take the task, against previous fears. That's commendable whether the faced adversity is stuttering or just insecurity about failure, or just being afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
