It is definitely something that could help even people who don't suffer from stuttering problems in some situations of stress and agitation, but not so much as a go to as it is to us. It's really powerful for us because it's a way to reset, regulate breath and let our brains make the chemistry needed to formulate words properly. That's how I feel, at least.
