Hey. I really feel for you, I went through exactly the same thing. I was diagnosed when I was 7, I am now 40. Whilst at school I had a really tough time, people don’t understand the frustration and pain but it does get better I promise you. I still have a really bad block/stutter and it’s still tough but try and surround yourself with people who accept you for who you are. I had 11 years of speech therapy and learnt some really good control techniques, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t but it’s made me stronger and you will too. I agree with the exposure therapy, I put myself out there, in uncomfortable situations and it really does help
