>Reading out loud in front of people, or talking to big groups of people without stuttering I agree, it helps decrease hesitancy thoughts. Problem: 99% of stutterers doing deliberate exposure do not try to reach a fluency mentality. Conclusion: So in my opinion, the 99% of stutterers speaking to big groups, are removing hesitancy of speaking, not of 'fluency', it might even remove their fear of 'stuttering' which works like a double edged-sword that it's finally okay to stutter which creates more hesitancies to stutter so in reality you remove and add other reasons to stutter. In your opinion, what is the solution for a correct way to use deliberate exposure in order to reach fluency?
