I hate that feeling waiting for your turn to say your order as the server goes around the table, I always do the pointing at the menu thing, for some reason I find it easier if the person already knows what I am about to say because I have pointed to it, I also say the option I want before they ask "chips or mash" I hate being put on the spot, because you are obviously expected to reply straight away with one of the two choices they have given you.
