Most of the time I just take a calm pause when I feel a block coming. I wait until I feel like I can say my sentence or have replaced my sentence with an easier one. Taking lots of space, sitting or standing, chin up and shoulders back can really help with looking confident. Also, don’t cover up your body with your hands or arms. If you’re nervous about an upcoming event with lots of speech, try doing a powerpose beforehand to temporarily raise confidence
