i cant control the speed of my speech and i stutter a lot at the letter "y"

i cant control the speed of my speech and i stutter a lot at the letter "y" all other letters are pretty manageable but "y" is the one i most struggle with, ive been stuttering since i was 10, im currently 13, my stutter has gotten better, but i can't control the speed of what i say, which in turn makes me stutter more, and i stutter at "y" regardless of what i do, any tips?
