I’m sorry, do you never lose your train of thought when you get stuck on a really bad block? Or do you think repetitive stutters are the only type that exist? My stutter isn’t repetitive, it’s mostly prolongation and blocking, and I’ve broken down before during a debate, very similar to the way Biden did. And definitely not due to any dementia considering it was a student debate. Not saying that Biden doesn’t have mild cognitive impairment, most old people do, but anyone diagnosing him with fully blown dementia over the debate performance is absolutely playing the “stuttering = brain damage” card.
