I'm able to actually get through a sentance nowadays without getting completely stuck but it's still pretty bad. I haven't asked girls out in person. I don't even talk to any girls right now. I try to, but the words just don't come out. I have been in relationships before though so there is still hope for us :). If you can, get to know a girl as a friend and then ask her out in person yourself. If you're friends you wont stutter as much because you're more comfortable with them! If asking them out in person is too much, don't be afraid to text. That's what I did. Good luck mate.
