Words beginning in "D" sometimes block me. Today it was "dulce de leche" it was the 2nd word that made me block and struggle to spit it out, I ended up stuttering thru the word. Then I blocked with "melodic" so 2 consonent words today. I'd say now blocks are 70% of my issue. I'd also really like to move past using "umm" as a buffer before a word I feel I may block on.
