I work as a software engineer. I started from a bottom tier consulting job and worked up from there. I've had some good and bad interviews. It gets easier the more you do it as you get normalized with the interview process and question types. Just gotta go through with it and get your foot in the door. I usually dont disclose my stutter at the beginning but that may make you more comfortable. Try and talk outloud as you answer whiteboard questions. Most of the time interviewers are looking for you to articulate and explain your thought process but if you are blocking make sure to focus on the key words to show your understanding. Make sure to ask questions when they give you a chance (even if you feel the interview is not going well). Apply to non tech companies too, usually the completion isnt as high and they may bulk hire new grads.
