unfortunately it wasn't a YouTube video, but a sub-sort of online course that I found while wandering around the internet. The advice that opened my mind the most and helped me is that stuttering is entirely mental. in the scenario I imagined before speaking, I already knew which word I would stop on and I was anxious, but I did everything myself! now before speaking I imagine the sentence I have to say said smoothly and without interruption and it works. obviously I'm telling you about my experience and it's not a universal method, but I hope it can be useful to you <3
