When fluent people get their words slightly mixed up and say "I cannot speak today"

When fluent people get their words slightly mixed up and say "I cannot speak today" Fluent people say this a lot and it's a little irritating, especially when they sayit to me directly. Somebody who is a fluent speaker will get a little mixed up on their words or stumble over something and then just be like "omg I just cannot speak today🤪" like yeah ok you have no idea.
