>I’m still thinking about it 24/7. Start making an active effort to stop that sort of thinking. Every time you find yourself thinking about your stuttering in an anticipatory or negative manner, Tell yourself to stop. Recognize that those thoughts are not helpful. It might take weeks before you start to become effective at shutting down these negative trains of thought. But with practice you can start to correct negative thoughts.
