I see. The transition between a voiceless sound (like “h”) and a voiced sound (e.g. vowels) is one place that stuttering can happen a lot. This is because the vocal folds are going from not vibrating to vibrating very suddenly. Do look into easy onsets if you are interested in fluency techniques. There is some info [here](https://www.sltinfo.com/easy-onset/). I imagine there is too much tension in the voice box and you are trying to produce the “h” sound and the vowel sound after with too much force.
