Hey, fellow stutterer from India here. And yes, it is very hard to find a good treatment here as well. Most of the people don't even know about stuttering and just ask you to talk slowly, which is reallyyyyy annoying. Moreover, same social conditions here as well. Interaction with other people is a lot more here in every aspect of life. But one thing I like here as compared to what I've heard about first world countries is the amount of bullying stutterers face or are being made fun of by others.
