Stuttering specialist speech therapist here. These other comments are right on the money, look into a stuttering specialist in your area if you want to continue speech therapy. But don’t count out just mental health therapy as well. To a therapist a stutter is just another form of something causing negative feelings in a person and that’s their specialty so they can be pretty effective too. Good luck!
