Don’t apologise….I probably fall into this category too. I would have found this Reddit very helpful if it had been around 30 or so years ago when I felt incredibly alone. I think part of the difficulty might be how words are perceived here.. written words and spoken words can be perceived differently if the same words are spoken or written….please continue to encourage and support.
