I was a student, not the lecturer, and fortunately my feedback was just one among many from people who are better at these types of things than me. As there was no real follow up, it is quite likely he didn't even read the student feedback (I didn't). Though not as fortunately, that meant he had to present in front of a lot of people... I did feel bad for him, but I didn't want to be patronizing.
